Policies and Procedures Manual

 

The Policies and Procedures Manual was adopted by the Board of Fire Commissioners on February 2, 2017, by Resolution 17-02-02-08, and governs all Commissioners, Administrative Personnel, Career and Volunteer members of the Fire District.

Commissioners By Laws

 

The revised Commissioners By Laws governing the Board of Fire Commissioners, as amended, were amended November 4, 2021.

 

 

FMBA Local 109 Collective Bargaining Agreement

The Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Fire District and FMBA Local 109 for the period January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2027 was approved by Resolution 24-09-19-109 on September 19, 2024.
